PS3 vs XBOX?

So what's the verdict guys? XBOX ONE has reinstated their DRM laws...
I'm still a PS3 fanboy so I know what my decision is.
What's your call?

Honestly, the XBox One is trying too hard to be a Windows PC (which it isn't) and focussing on everything else except the gaming aspect. It needs to be a gaming console foremost and have everything else work around that. I wonder if Microsoft thought about non-US consumers with the pointless "Xbox, change TV channel" commands; the lack of respectable ADSL/VDSL/Fibre in this country prevents the One from being truly used as it was intended, which is apparently, not gaming. The PS4 puts gaming front and centre, the design choices, the way the UI works, all of that is gaming first and all else follows to make it an awesome experience. I don't even own a console but if I did, it would be pre-ordering a PS4. Just saying.
